Deposits are authorized only upon written approval of TILG attorney, typically after execution of a formal retainer agreement.  Unauthorized deposits will be refunded less applicable surcharge and do not form an attorney-client relationship with the firm or any firm attorney.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a surcharge to cover processor fees of 4% for AmEx/PayPal/Venmo, 3.5% for other credit/debit cards and 1% ($25 max) for ACH.
